Linesight in the United States seeks a Senior Estimator (Electrical) to lead electrical project estimate development, coordinate with the project team and shape the basis of estimate. You will drive cost and risk analysis, ensuring contingency recommendations align with project objectives and guidelines.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as Estimator in construction environment.
• Experience using estimating systems such as Sage Timberline, InEight, or CostX.
• Degree or comparable experience in a construction related discipline.
• RICS, CEP or CPE chartered or on the path to complete it.

Responsabilités

• Develop the estimate plan and coordinate estimate development with the project team.
• Lead the development of the total project estimate.
• Prepare the total Project Basis of Estimate and the Estimate Risk Analysis, making cost contingency recommendations.
• Analyze and recommend solutions for complex problems in line with objectives and guidelines.
• Maintain a library of current local rates for use in all estimates.
