Linesight is seeking an Electrical Estimator to join our global project and cost management team in Denver. You will analyze external contractor bids, create estimates and cost plans, and evaluate scopes to close gaps, helping maximize client value throughout design and construction stages.

You will maintain local rate libraries, support value engineering, and document costs clearly to enable swift, informed decisions.

Qualificações

• Experience as an Estimator in a construction environment with electrical scope.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced team.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse external contractor bids to ensure client value for money.
• Create estimates and cost plans for key client developments.
• Evaluate cost plans and project scopes to address gaps.
• Maintain a library of current local rates for use in estimates.
• Optimize project costs against budget, including value engineering and accurate estimates.
• Provide estimating expertise and leadership through design and construction stages.
• Build trust with partners across the business, clients, contractors and consultants.
• Support nimble project management and clear decisions through cost documentation and communication.
