Job summary

Gilbane Building Company is seeking an Estimating Manager for electrical scopes to lead the estimating process across multiple projects in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. You will develop preliminary cost estimates, collaborate with operations, design teams, and clients, and mentor estimators through the design phase.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or Construction Management, 8–15+ years of relevant experience, and strong knowledge of On-Screen Take-off,

Responsibilities

• Leads the estimating process for multiple projects through the design phase.
• Develops estimating deliverables for various project types and delivery methods.
• Prepares preliminary cost estimates and budgets with clear costing assumptions.
• Coordinates with operations, accounting, and design teams on deliverables.
• Oversees a team of estimators for large, multi-disciplinary estimates.
