Air Products seeks an Electrical Engineering Manager to lead the regional electrical engineering team across the Americas, reporting to the Global Electrical Engineering Manager. This role drives proposals, projects, staffing, and supplier liaison with a focus on delivering on time and within budget.

Based at the Global headquarters in Allentown, PA or Houston, TX with ~20% travel to Air Products and customer sites. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Electrical Engineering degree with evidence of power systems in process industries.
• Experience in supervising teams and budgeting responsibilities.
• Experience developing staff and coordinating across multiple offices/locations.
• Knowledge of large motors (1–10MW) and power equipment selection.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional electrical engineering team across proposals and projects in the Americas.
• Oversee recruitment, resource allocation and staff development.
• Provide supervision to ensure on-time, quality delivery and standards development.
• Contribute to electrical design standards and coordinate with suppliers and partners.
• Define execution models for electrical scope and drive process improvements.
