Job summary

Air Products is seeking ambitious Principal and Senior Principal Electrical Engineers to lead electrical scope across the Americas. The role reports to the Electrical Engineering Manager and includes mentoring junior staff while traveling up to 20% to customer sites.

Ideal candidates hold an Electrical Engineering degree with PE status (or pursuing it) and have heavy experience in power engineering for large-scale process facilities, including motor drives and high/low voltage equipment.

Qualifications

• Electrical Engineering degree; PE status or pursuing PE status.
• Proven experience in electrical power engineering in design within process industries.
• Experience with large motors (1–10MW) and high voltage equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical scope on proposals and projects in the Americas region.
• Assign tasks and supervise electrical design teams to meet schedules and quality.
• Provide input for Air Products' electrical design standards; liaise with suppliers and partners.
