Job summary

Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience with budget responsibility.
- Ability to lead a regional electrical engineering team across proposals and projects.
Responsibilities
- Report to the Global Electrical Engineering Manager and lead the regional electrical engineering team across proposals and projects in the Americas.
- Lead team recruitment and allocate resources to support projects.
- Staff development including goal setting and development plans.
- Provide supervision to ensure delivery against time and quality constraints.
- Contribute to development of Air Products electrical design standards.
- Liaise with suppliers and outsourcing partners for project execution.
- Define execution models for electrical engineering scope and improve processes based on lessons learned.
