Job summary

Air Products seeks an Electrical Engineering Manager to lead the regional electrical engineering team across proposals and projects in the Americas. The role involves recruitment, staff development, and ensuring delivery within time and quality constraints.

Based at Air Products Global HQ in Allentown, PA or Houston, TX, the position requires strong power systems expertise, collaboration across locations, and 20% travel to customer sites. An electrical engineering degree is essential.

Qualifications

• Electrical Engineering degree required.
• Experience leading a team and managing budgets.
• Staff development and cross-office collaboration experience preferred.
• Knowledge of large motors (1–10MW) and power electrical components required.
• Experience with power system analysis tools (SKM ETAP) helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional electrical engineering team across proposals and projects in the Americas.
• Oversee team recruitment and resource allocation.
• Guide staff development and performance objectives.
• Provide supervision to ensure on-time, quality delivery.
