Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited program and 8+ years of progressive electrical engineering experience
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Colorado or ability to obtain via comity within 6 months
• Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA, IES and applicable building codes
• Experience designing building electrical systems including power, lighting, emergency, and low‑voltage systems
• Proficiency with electrical analysis and design tools such as SKM, ETAP, Easypower, Revit, and AutoCAD

Responsibilities

• Own electrical discipline delivery on assigned projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget performance
• Lead electrical design for mid-size projects and major scopes on large, complex multidisciplinary projects
• Mentor engineers toward professional licensure, technical upskilling, and future leadership roles
• Represent electrical engineering in client meetings, interdisciplinary coordination, and design reviews
• Support hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and development of Engineer staff
