Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Manager with a strong background in electrical construction to lead complex projects in the Denver area. You will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and key stakeholders to deliver safe, on-time, and on-budget results.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in electrical project management and a solid understanding of drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. This on-site role offers autonomy, ownership, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in project management within electrical construction.
• Experience managing projects from $500K to $10M.
• Strong understanding of electrical construction methods, drawings, and specifications.
• Experience with budgets, schedules, and subcontractors.
• Excellent communication with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full life cycle of electrical construction projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Coordinate with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams.
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Monitor project costs, productivity, and financial performance.
• Ensure all projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks and implement solutions.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders and communicate project status.
