Job summary

AECOM is seeking a highly motivated Electrical Engineering Discipline Lead to be based in Denver, CO or other specified locations to support mining projects and to help lead and build a team of electrical engineers.

The role focuses on instrumentation & controls, electrical engineering design, and leadership across multi-disciplinary mining projects, with opportunities to develop client relationships and drive proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering is required.
• Professional Engineering License (PE) is required or demonstrated equivalency.
• Valid driver's license is required, with the ability to pass an MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical leadership for electrical engineering and instrumentation & controls across mining projects.
• Leads design, calculations, drawings and reports for multi-discipline mining projects.
• Mentors staff and coordinates with clients to develop engineering solutions and proposals.
• Presents complex technical solutions to clients and reviews engineering reports.
