Job summary

Winn-Marion Companies is seeking an Electrical Engineering Manager in Centennial, CO to lead a team of engineers and designers. You will direct electrical design for custom power distribution equipment, ensure UL and NEC compliance, and collaborate with manufacturing and procurement to deliver production-ready designs.

The role requires a PE-leaning background, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with low voltage switchboards and industrial control panels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• PE license is highly valued and a strong plus.
• 5+ years of total experience in electrical design.
• 2-3+ years in supervisory or managerial capacity leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage relationships with customers and deliverables.
• Lead a team of Electrical Engineers and Designers; conduct regular reviews.
• Own work queue and allocate projects to balance workload and schedule.
• Coordinate design-to-production handoffs with Manufacturing, Procurement and Project Management.
• Review all electrical deliverables for accuracy and production readiness.
• Ensure compliance with UL 508A/891, NEC, NFPA 70E; support UL certifications.
