A strong background in manufacturing electrical systems and mentorship within apprenticeship programs is essential. The role emphasizes collaboration with engineers, designers, and project managers to optimize manufacturability, costs, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Master Electrician Certification required.
• 7+ years electrical experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply electrical diagrams and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Read and review single-line and three-line diagrams, schematics, and panel layouts.
• Verify component selection, wire sizing, and labeling against standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers on design reviews and manufacturability.
• Mentor journeymen and apprentices within IE's apprenticeship program.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA 70 and UL standards during builds.
