  • Coordinate directly with Manufacturing, Procurement, and Project Management to execute seamless design-to-production handoffs, proactively surfacing schedule risks before they become production constraints.
  • Serve as the primary technical reviewer for all electrical engineering deliverables, including schematics, single‑line diagrams, panel schedules, wiring diagrams, load calculations, Short‑Circuit Current Rating (SCCR) analyses, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
  • Oversee the electrical peer review process, ensuring that all drawing packages are checked, released, and delivered to the manufacturing floor in a fully production‑ready state. Provide clear, decisive technical directions on design changes.
  • Ensure all electrical designs comply strictly with UL 508A, UL 891, National Electrical Code (NEC), and NFPA 70E standards. Support the preparation of documentation and test records required to maintain UL certifications and successfully pass third‑party inspections.
  • Implement and uphold Winn-Marion's electrical design standards (including wiring methodologies, drawing conventions, and BOM structures). Champion data integrity within PDM and ERP systems to ensure all designs are properly revision‑controlled.
