Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; 6 years with a Master's degree; or a Ph.D. with 3 years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Responsibilities

• Discipline management: manage project delivery across a diverse portfolio of hardware design projects; enforce engineering processes for quality and delivery timelines; present status, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
• Technical & cross-functional oversight: review design decisions on higher-complexity electrical hardware projects; coordinate with mechanical, firmware, and software to deliver; perform other duties as assigned.
• People management: manage delivery results; review performance; set expectations and conduct development conversations; identify growth needs and coach through career conversations.
