Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 8+ years of related experience, or 6+ years with a Master's degree.
• Active U.S. DoD Secret clearance with SAP eligibility.
• Minimum 3+ years of leadership in multi-disciplinary environment.
• Experience with mechanical/electrical/electronic systems.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and collaboration across distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Guide and manage a functional Electrical Engineering group with a technical baseline.
• Lead program work, balance functional and project tasks (~80% technical).
• Foster diverse, inclusive, and high-engagement teams with mentoring.
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders to meet goals.
• Provide technical support and issue resolution as needed.
