Northrop Grumman in Roy, UT is seeking an Electrical Engineering Manager 2 to lead a multi-disciplinary team and contribute as a senior electrical engineer in the Sentinel program.

The role combines technical leadership (80%) with people leadership (20%), requiring collaboration across Systems Engineering, Test, and Global Supply Chain to mature hardware and deliver milestones. Competitive benefits and relocation support may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in STEM + 8+ years experience, or Master's + 6+ years.
• US Citizen with an active DoD Secret clearance (in-scope within last 6 years).
• Eligible to obtain Enhanced Security Clearances (SAP) and DoD Top Secret clearance in a reasonable time.
• At least 1 year of proven leadership; ability to work in a team.
• Minimum 5 years in Electrical Hardware design, Cable-Harness design, and wire schematic development.
• Familiar with Siemens Mentor Graphics Capital cable design tool or equivalent.
• Experience with CAD to develop wire diagrams or electrical schematics.
• Experience in a technical leadership position.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IPTs to decompose requirements and conduct trade studies.
• Ensure team has training, tools, and access for design engineering responsibilities.
• Develop and review engineering packages for product lifecycle management release.
