You will drive bench-level prototyping, schematics reviews, and lab bring-up while guiding a high-performing electrical engineering group. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in electrical design, 3+ years mentoring or leading teams, and a background in product development.

• Lead a high-performing electrical engineering group while staying actively engaged in bench-level prototyping, schematic reviews, and lab bring-up.
• Architect and execute complex low- and high-voltage electrical frameworks.
• Establish team-wide engineering standards.
• Drive cross-functional integration alongside mechanical, firmware, and supply chain partners.

Here’s what our ideal candidate has:

• 8+ years of progressive electrical design experience, including at least 3 years mentoring or leading engineering teams.
• Background in product development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
