M.C. Dean is seeking an Electrical Engineering Leader for its Sustainability team to build and lead an engineering group focused on power systems performance, safety, and reliability across facilities. You will guide studies in power quality, develop system models, and drive compliance with safety standards while optimizing costs.

The role demands 10+ years in electrical engineering, PE licensure, and ability to obtain Top-Secret clearance, with travel to client sites as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of electrical engineering experience with leadership in existing buildings and infrastructure.
• PE license required.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Top-Secret clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Perform detailed arc flash hazard analysis per IEEE 1584 and NFPA 70E.
• Conduct short-circuit, protective device coordination, and load flow studies.
• Develop electrical system models using SKM, PowerTools, ETAP, or EasyPower.
• Collect and interpret site data including diagrams, equipment ratings and settings.
• Develop and update one-line diagrams for client facilities.
• Prepare arc flash reports with incident energy calculations and PPE levels.
• Provide technical guidance on electrical safety compliance and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with field technicians, safety personnel, and PMs for data collection and execution.
• Develop and deliver training on electrical safety and arc flash awareness.
