M.C. Dean seeks an Electrical Engineering Leader to build and direct the Sustainability team, improving performance, safety, and reliability of electrical systems across client facilities.

You will lead studies, model development, data collection, and reporting, ensuring compliance and cost-efficiency. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of experience, a PE license, Top-Secret eligibility, and deep knowledge of NFPA 70E, NEC, and power distribution.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of electrical engineering experience with leadership in existing buildings/infrastructure.
• PE license required.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain Top-Secret clearance.
• Knowledge of NFPA 70E, OSHA, NEC, electrical power and distribution systems.

Responsabilidades

• Perform arc flash hazard analysis per IEEE 1584 and NFPA 70E.
• Conduct short‑circuit, coordination, and load flow studies.
• Develop electrical system models using SKM, PowerTools, ETAP, or EasyPower.
• Update electrical one-line diagrams for client facilities.
• Prepare arc flash reports with incident energy and PPE recommendations.
• Provide guidance on electrical safety compliance and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with field technicians, safety personnel, and project managers.
