Cushing Terrell is offering an in-person Electrical Engineering Intern role in Boise. You will support the electrical engineering team on real client projects, building fundamentals in electrical design and code requirements across low- and medium-voltage distribution.

You will develop design documentation using Revit and AutoCAD, learn coordination across disciplines, and participate in tailored training sessions and site visits to gain hands-on experience in the AEC industry.

Qualificações

• Completion of 3+ years of an electrical engineering or related undergraduate program.
• Basic knowledge of Revit or AutoCAD.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Bluebeam.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn and adapt.
• Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with team members across disciplines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support the design of electrical systems including low- and medium-voltage distribution.
• Build Revit and AutoCAD skills through hands-on electrical design work.
• Learn and apply building codes and safety standards to project design.
• Complete training sessions on electrical systems design, lighting, and emerging technologies.
• Coordinate with engineering teams across disciplines on active projects.
• Attend site visits with project leads when opportunities allow.
• Gain exposure to the variety of project types and teams across the firm.
