Job summary

RTX Collins Aerospace is seeking an Electrical Engineer Winter & Spring Co-op to support senior engineers with electrical design tasks in an aerospace context. You’ll contribute to product design troubleshooting and root-cause analysis while supporting production issues as needed.

This onsite opportunity offers access to Collins Aerospace communities of practice, insights into military, safety, and cargo product development, and a chance to actively participate in turning ideas into market-ready

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering and be actively enrolled through the completion of the co-op session.
• Circuits Theory courses completed.
• Basic understanding of Electronics and Electrical Design.
• Basic understanding of how to use Oscilloscopes and Multi meters.
• Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.

Qualifications You Must Have:

Relocation Eligibility

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure hiring process, candidates may be asked to attend select steps of the interview process in-person at one of our office locations, regardless of whether the role is designated as on-site, hybrid or remote.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

• Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
