Job summary

The role focuses on electrical system design, schematics, BOMs, documentation, and ensuring compliance with NEC/NFPA79 and UL 508A. Travel may be required; on-site work in US locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• Experience with motors, drives, and PLCs.
• Familiarity with NEC, NFPA79 and UL standards.
• Knowledge of cloud integration and industrial comms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop electronic controls and power systems for vacuum systems.
• Create electrical system designs and drawings for projects.
• Document designs in ERP and CAD systems with BOMs.
• Ensure compliance with government, industry, and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with production and field service for debugging.
• Improve manufacturability of electrical systems and assemblies.
• Configure PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs when applicable.
