Atlas Copco Group is seeking a technically skilled support specialist to handle complex vacuum and rotating equipment cases. You will troubleshoot electrical/controls issues, document findings, and guide field technicians remotely and on-site to minimize downtime.

You will also train Field Service Engineers and distributors, develop reusable procedures, and contribute to reliability improvements through structured reporting and actions.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in technical support, field service, commissioning, maintenance, or repair of industrial equipment (vacuum/rotating equipment preferred).
• Technical apprenticeship or degree in mechanical/electrical/industrial maintenance with relevant training is required/advantageous.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical topics; ability to read and interpret technical documentation.

Responsabilités

• Handle technical cases from intake to closure for VTS Aftermarket (remote and on-site).
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and provide complete technical evidence.
• Develop troubleshooting routines, commissioning guidance, and reusable documentation to reduce repeats.
• Deliver coaching and training to field service, centers, and distributors to improve first-time-fix and safety.
