Job summary

Ingersoll Rand in Monroe, LA is seeking an Electrical Engineer to design, develop and maintain manufacturing test systems for end-of-line validation of pumps, compressors, and motors. You will support LabVIEW, PLC-based and data acquisition setups and collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in manufacturing, automation, or test/industrial electrical engineering.
• 3+ years with LabVIEW and NI hardware/software with instrumentation exposure.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain electrical and automated end-of-line test systems.
• Develop and support LabVIEW, NI, PLC-based, and data acquisition systems.
• Troubleshoot and improve electrical test equipment, sensors, controls, and data collection.
• Support measurement systems used in manufacturing and product qualification testing.
• Collaborate to investigate test failures and implement corrective actions to improve quality.
