Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking an Electrical Engineer to design, develop, and maintain end-of-line test systems for pumps, compressors, and motors at our Monroe, LA site. The role focuses on electrical testing, instrumentation, and data collection to ensure product quality and reliability.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in manufacturing, automation, controls, or test/industrial electrical engineering.
• Experience with LabVIEW and National Instruments hardware/software.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain electrical and automated end-of-line test systems.
• Develop and support LabVIEW, NI, PLC-based, and data acquisition systems.
• Troubleshoot and improve electrical test equipment and data collection systems.
