Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking an Electrical Engineer in Monroe, LA to design, implement, and maintain end-of-line electrical test systems for pumps, compressors, and motors. The role supports laboratory instrumentation, data acquisition, and measurement systems, partnering with Manufacturing, Quality, and Maintenance teams to improve validation and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in manufacturing, automation, controls, or test/industrial electrical engineering.
• Experience with LabVIEW and NI hardware/software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain end-of-line electrical test systems.
• Develop and support LabVIEW, PLC-based, and data acquisition systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical test equipment and measurement systems to maximize uptime and accuracy.
• Support pressure, temperature, flow, vibration, and performance measurement systems.
