Accelera Staffing seeks two dedicated Electrical Engineers to design and maintain electrical systems for maritime, ground, autonomous, and robotic platforms in Devens, MA. You will handle full hardware lifecycle, from initial conception to field integration, working with leadership and cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes mixed-signal and PCB design, BOM management, and hands-on testing in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment requiring DoD clearance.

Qualificações

• BSEE degree or equivalent with 1–5 years of professional experience.
• Proficient with CAD software for electro-mechanical design tasks.
• Maintain accurate BOMs for project efficiency and organization.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple deadlines and tasks.
• Experience using standard shop and lab equipment to support development goals.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain DoD security clearance as required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop designs for mixed-signal, digital, analog, cabling, and PCB systems.
• Ensure reliability through thorough testing and qualification processes.
• Contribute to development of new hardware and maintenance of existing products.
• Integrate diverse payloads into platforms to enhance system capabilities.
• Collaborate with senior staff to resolve engineering challenges and improve outcomes.
• Balance priorities to maintain productivity across concurrent projects.
