Job summary

Marathon TS is seeking a Staff Electrical Engineer in Devens, MA, hybrid work with 2–3 days on-site. You will design next-generation analog, digital, and mixed-signal systems, including cabling and PCB design, to support domestic and international customers.

You will also contribute to testing, qualification, and lifecycle integration with mentorship from senior engineers. You will work across the full lifecycle, developing new systems and integrating payloads into proven platforms, while

Qualifications

BSEE or equivalent with 1–5 years of relevant experience.
Experience using CAD tools for electro-mechanical design and BOM management.
Ability to work independently and prioritize competing tasks.
Hands-on experience with standard lab and shop tools.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Clearance if required.

Responsibilities

Design next-generation systems for domestic and international customers in a fast-paced environment.
Dive into analog, digital, mixed-signal, and cabling design, and PCB design to keep projects fresh.
Support testing and qualification, proving designs hold up before field deployment.
Work across full lifecycle, from developing new systems to integrating payloads into proven platforms.
Collaborate with senior engineers to sharpen skills and solve real problems.
