QinetiQ US, based in Devens, MA, seeks a Staff Electrical Engineer to help shape next-generation robotic and autonomous platforms. You will design analog, digital, and mixed-signal systems and PCB layouts, collaborating with hardware and software teams to deliver fielded solutions.

You will contribute from desk to deployment, supporting testing, qualification, and payload integration on domestic and international programs, with growth opportunities alongside senior engineers.

Qualificações

• BSEE or equivalent with 1–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience using CAD tools for electro-mechanical design and BOMs.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Hands-on experience with standard lab and shop tools.
• DoD clearance eligibility may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Design next-generation systems for domestic and international customers in a fast-paced, result-driven environment.
• Dive into analog, digital, mixed-signal, and cabling design, PCB design with the variety to keep every project fresh.
• Support testing and qualification, helping prove your designs hold up before they reach the field
• Work across the full lifecycle, from developing brand-new systems to integrating new or existing payloads into proven platforms.
• Solve real engineering problems with support and review from senior engineers who'll sharpen your skills.
