Employee Workplace in Devens, MA is seeking an Electrical Engineer to design advanced electrical systems for defense, robotics, and mission-critical applications. This hybrid role offers the chance to contribute from concept through deployment and collaborate with a skilled engineering team.

The ideal candidate has a BSEE, 1-5 years of hands-on experience with CAD tools, BOM management, and lab testing, and must be eligible for a DoD security clearance.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or equivalent.
• 1-5 years of electrical engineering experience.
• Experience with CAD tools, electro-mechanical design, and BOM management.
• Hands-on experience with laboratory and testing equipment.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.

Mansioni

• Design and develop analog, digital, mixed-signal, PCB, and electro-mechanical systems.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects from concept through deployment while collaborating with experienced engineers in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop analog, digital, mixed-signal, PCB, and electro-mechanical systems.
• Support product development, system integration, testing, qualification, and troubleshooting activities.
• Create and maintain engineering documentation, CAD drawings, and bills of materials (BOMs).
