Advantage Technical in Devens, MA, is seeking an Electrical Engineer for a direct-hire role with a hybrid schedule (2-3 days onsite). The position offers a base pay range of $78,600–$120,000.

You will design analog, digital, mixed-signal, PCB and electro-mechanical systems, support testing, and contribute to new product development across defense and robotics projects. Qualified candidates have a BSEE or equivalent and 1–5 years of experience, with CAD tools experience and the ability to obtain

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or equivalent.
• 1–5 years of electrical engineering experience.
• Experience with CAD tools, electro-mechanical design, and BOM management.
• Hands-on experience with laboratory and testing equipment.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop analog, digital, mixed-signal, PCB, and electro-mechanical systems.
