Job summary

Marathon TS is seeking a Staff Electrical Engineer in Devens, MA, hybrid work with 2–3 days on-site. You will design next-generation analog, digital, and mixed-signal systems, including cabling and PCB design, to support domestic and international customers.

You will also contribute to testing, qualification, and lifecycle integration with mentorship from senior engineers. You will work across the full lifecycle, developing new systems and integrating payloads into proven platforms, while

Qualifications

• BSEE or equivalent with 1–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience using CAD tools for electro-mechanical design and BOM management.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize competing tasks.
• Hands-on experience with standard lab and shop tools.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Clearance if required.

Required Qualifications

• BSEE or equivalent, with 1-5 years of relevant experience
• Experience using CAD tools for electro-mechanical design and managing bills of materials (BOMs)
• Ability to work independently and prioritize competing tasks
• Hands-on experience with standard lab and shop tools
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Clearance if required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of any of OrCAD, PADS, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks
• PCB design experience with Altium Designer
• Hands-on experience working with electro-mechanical actuator systems and controllers
