Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking a Project Manager with an electrical engineering background to join our team. We are a stable and growing MEP firm looking for professionals who are excited to expand their careers and help guide our firm into the future.

Responsibilities include managing all aspects of projects from proposal through construction, coordinating across disciplines, and mentoring electrical designers while ensuring quality, schedule, and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with an electrical emphasis).
• Professional Engineer (PE) License.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience, with a preference for project management experience.
• Strong computer skills with Office, Teams, AutoCAD, Revit, and PDF editing software.
• Experience with MasterSpec or similar programs.
• Working knowledge of state and local building codes.
