The firm's growing MEP division is seeking a full-time Electrical Discipline Leader to help drive its continued expansion. This role offers the chance to guide significant projects, influence the future direction of building systems design and mentor developing engineers.

Role Responsibilities

Lead and motivate an electrical engineering team, aligning skills with project needs.
Ensure high-quality design documentation through strong technical oversight.
Apply advanced electrical engineering expertise to complex projects.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Manage electrical design from early concept through project completion.
Specify electrical systems, equipment, and materials.
Oversee key team metrics, including financial performance and delivery.
Mentor staff and support strategic initiatives with leadership.
Contribute to client account management and business development efforts.

Desired Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Architectural Engineering (electrical emphasis), or related field with electrical design experience.
Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.).
8+ years of experience in electrical design and project leadership.
