Job summary

Qualifications

• ABET accredited electrical engineering degree required or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on lab experience with instrumentation and test methods.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with test, quality, and manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with Engineering to ensure producible and manufacturable designs.
• Resolves technical issues during assembly, integration, or test promptly.
• Evaluates how engineering changes affect schedules, tooling, and costs.
• Conducts non-conformance investigations and documents MRB dispositions.
• Interfaces with engineering, QA, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to align efforts.
• Drives continuous improvements in DFM, production yield, and throughput.
