Qualifications

• Technical Associate’s degree with electrical focus.
• 2+ years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Troubleshooting electrical circuits and assemblies.
• Ability to read electrical schematics.
• Proficient with multimeter for continuity and AC/DC signals.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, troubleshoot electrical devices and wiring.
• Troubleshoot controls/devices/wiring in manufacturing operations.
• Identify quality problems in electrical assembly cells.
• Implement safety, quality, and productivity improvements for electrical processes.
• Collaborate with Engineering to implement new projects.
• Lead training of hourly operators in wiring and testing.
• Contribute as an individual in a small team.
• Tackle larger electrical projects to improve yield.
