Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide timely resolution of manufacturing process and product design problems, including investigations, statistical studies, and corrective action planning.
• Create cost‑effective and safe manufacturing processes, equipment, and tools to improve manufacturing operations.
• Design manufacturing flow lines, workstation layouts, and station controls that optimize efficiency, operating costs, and product quality.
• Uphold manufacturing standards including machine capability, process maps, set‑ups, quality controls, tooling and fixture records, routings, and cycle times.
• Generate work instructions, job breakdowns, and standardized work to ensure quality at the source meets product and manufacturing specifications given local needs.
• Serve as a voice of the customer for input for new design development.
• Partner with on‑site EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) to ensure all equipment meets safety regulations compliant with OSHA.
• Lead hands‑on factory project implementation, maintain support and upgrade as needed, all Panel, Frame, HiPot and End‑of‑line electrical testers.
