Salas O’Brien, Inc. is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer in Plymouth, MI to lead the design and delivery of complex building electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, life safety, and related systems.

You will apply advanced technical judgment to develop practical, code-compliant solutions and oversee construction documents, with accountability for quality and timely execution while mentoring junior staff and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Proficient in power distribution systems design and calculations.
• Proficient in lighting systems design and controls.
• Experience with fire alarm, data, access control, CCTV and low voltage systems.
• Proficient with Revit and AutoCAD.
• Professional Engineer License
• Ability to coordinate with other disciplines and teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design for complex electrical projects including power distribution, lighting, and life safety.
• Ensure designs meet codes, client requirements, and standards.
• Resolve technical and constructability challenges with practical solutions.
• Own project deliverables, manage priorities, and communicate schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Team Leaders, and other disciplines.
