Job summary

CAE USA Inc. is seeking an Electrical Engineer to develop and apply advanced electrical engineering design methods for complex electro-mechanical systems to meet strict standards.

Under the Manager, Electrical Engineering, you will contribute to design and documentation, improve processes and tool usage, and ensure alignment with MIL specs and NFPA 70. The role requires collaboration with internal teams, the ability to work in a dynamic design environment, and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• BSEE with 3+ years' experience in a related field.
• Experience with electrical design processes and CAD applications (≥2 years).
• Ability to communicate effectively with department personnel, Program Management and customers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and perform within approved cost and schedule budgets.
• Develop necessary and sufficient technical designs and documentation to meet project goals.
• Coordinate activities with lead/peer engineers to optimize efficiency and cost.
• Assume lead role in defining, planning, coordinating and implementing process, tool, and productivity improvements.
• Ability to travel CONUS/OCONUS as required.
