CAE USA Inc. seeks an Electrical Engineer II in Tampa to develop advanced electrical/electronics systems and lead design efforts in a dynamic, standards-driven environment.

You will use Microstation, Autocad, and Promis-E to produce designs and documentation, coordinating with engineers and program management. The role requires a BSEE with 3+ years’ experience, and the ability to communicate effectively, plan, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• BSEE with 3+ years’ related field experience.
• Experience with electrical design processes and CAD apps; 2+ years in software development.
• Familiar with NFPA 70 NEC; knowledge of IEC standards.
• Able to work overtime and travel CONUS/OCONUS.
• Ability to read and write reports and communicate with customers.

Responsabilités

• Develop and apply advanced electrical engineering design methods and CAD tools for complex electro-mechanical systems.
• Lead process, tool, and productivity improvements in Electrical/Electronics group.
• Coordinate activities with lead engineers and project personnel for efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Prepare technical designs and documentation to meet project goals within budgets and schedules.
