Job summary

RTX is seeking an engineer in Tucson with a DoD Secret clearance to join our Land & Shipboard Effector Guidance Systems team. You will work on RF/analog/digital hardware, perform testing and debugging, and collaborate with cross-functional groups to resolve production issues.

The role requires a bachelor’s in engineering and 2+ years’ experience in circuit design. Travel is under 10% and relocation is eligible, with RTX benefits and a 9/80 work schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related STEM field with 2+ years’ experience.
• Experience in RF/analog/digital/mixed-signal circuit design and analysis.
• Familiarity with lab instruments: oscilloscopes, spectrum/ network analyzers.

Responsibilities

• Enhance electrical engineering skills with testing and debugging.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and Eng: engage in issue resolution during production, testing and integration.
• Travel less than 10% annually.
• Shift information: 1st shift.
