Job summary

Mesa Power Solutions in Casper, WY is seeking an Electrical Engineer II to own the design, integration, optimization, and documentation of advanced industrial power generation systems from concept through production.

You will lead control system architecture, PLC logic, fault analysis, and ensure code compliance while mentoring junior engineers. A 4-year degree and at least 2 years of electrical engineering experience are required; PE license is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant field from an accredited university.
• 2 years of experience in electrical engineering or related field.
• PE license - Passed PE Exam and in route to licensure.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, integration, optimization, and documentation of advanced industrial power generation systems.
• Manage control system architecture and PLC logic development.
• Perform fault current and arc flash analyses.
• Conduct testing, validation, and troubleshooting in lab and field.
• Ensure NFPA 70, NFPA 70E, IEEE, and site codes compliance.
• Mentor Electrical Engineer I staff.
