Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Physics from ABET‑accredited university.
• 2+ years of relevant engineering or technical experience.
• Ability to work remote, hybrid, or on‑site as directed by management.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain DOE clearance if required.

Responsibilities

• Assist design and project management of new/current projects under guidance.
• Prepare definitions, drawings, specs, procedures, and test equipment.
• Design product equipment; specify tooling and lab gear.
• Develop test procedures and perform engineering evaluations and audits.
• Conduct audits, analyze processes, identify and fix issues; ensure manufacturability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve complex development and acceptance issues.
• Prepare evaluation reports and recommend improvements.
