Amrize seeks an Electrical Engineer I to lead electrical maintenance at the Midlothian Cement Plant in Texas. You will supervise technicians, execute maintenance projects and improve equipment reliability while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and PLC/process control knowledge, with experience in SAP, AutoCAD and MS Office. Join us to help build North America with a team that values safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience with PLC programming and process control systems preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, AutoCAD and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical and instrumentation technicians on daily work orders and projects.
• Maintain electrical equipment, perform preventive and predictive maintenance and data analysis.
• Ensure system documentation, schematics and spare parts inventory are up to date.
• Provide control system training and PLC-related support.
• On-call rotation and adherence to safety policies.
