Job summary
Syska Hennessy Group in New Jersey seeks an entry-level Electrical Engineering I to join our EDT program. You’ll support engineering teams on diverse MEP projects, learn from senior engineers, and develop CAD/BIM skills through hands-on design and site collaboration.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering with a Winter 2026 or Spring/Summer 2027 graduation date.
- Internship in engineering is a plus.
- Knowledge of MEP AutoCAD; REVIT experience is a plus.
- Proficient in design and calculation software; MS Office Suite.
- EIT or FE is required.
Responsibilities
- Create basic designs under supervision of senior staff.
- Learn drawing organization and company standards.
- Perform CAD/BIM drafting for diverse projects.
- Coordinate with other trades under guidance of seniors.
- Support design and engineering for new, retrofit, or upgrade projects.
- Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timely delivery of work.
- Assist engineering staff with field investigations and site visits.
- Attend and participate in EDT program training sessions.
