Job summary

Syska Hennessy Group in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an Electrical Engineering Graduate for our Engineering Development Program (EDT). This entry-level role offers exposure to MEP design, CAD/BIM drafting, and cross-discipline collaboration on landmark projects.

You will learn from senior engineers, participate in the EDT program, and contribute to innovative solutions while advancing your engineering career.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Electrical engineering or Architectural Engineering with graduation Winter 2026, Spring or Summer 2027.
• Knowledge of MEP AutoCAD; REVIT experience is a plus.
• Proficient in design and calculation software; MS Office Suite.
• FE or EIT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create basic designs under the direction of senior engineers/designers.
• Learn CAD/BIM drafting and drawing organization.
• Coordinate with other trades under guidance of senior staff.
• Support design and engineering efforts for various projects and upgrades.
• Take ownership of completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of work.
