Job Summary:

We seek a personable, experienced Electrical Engineer to join our multi-disciplinary design team in Charleston, SC, supporting Commercial and Federal projects. The candidate must be a registered Professional Engineer in Electrical and familiar with current design standards and regulations. If this sounds like a good fit, keep reading and apply!

Responsibilities:

• Apply electrical engineering principles in building construction.
• Enhance technical skills in new and evolving market sectors.
• Participate in preparing proposals and client presentations.
• Assist in reports, specifications, plans, schedules, studies, permits, and design modifications.
• Visit construction sites to monitor progress and ensure compliance.
• Review technical work for accuracy.
• Maintain excellent organization and time management.
• Communicate effectively with architects, owners, and contractors.
• Grow into leadership roles based on experience.

Qualifications:

• PE in Electrical Engineering preferred, but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Revit is a plus.
• 7+ years of design/engineering consulting experience.
