Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Comfortable conducting site visits independently to obtain project data.
• Strong Microsoft 365 software knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant work experience in industrial, commercial, or residential projects.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Electrical Engineer at Potential Engineering Inc., located in Montrose, CA, with work from home flexibility. The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for daily tasks such as electrical design, power system analysis, construction administration, and project planning. The role involves working on industrial, commercial, and residential projects, ensuring all electrical systems are efficient, safe, and compliant with local, state and national code standards.
