Job description

You will serve as an ELECTRICAL ENGINEER in the RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT GROUP, SPECTRUM WARFARE DEPT, ELECT ATTACK SYS DIV, RECEIVER SYS BR of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.

In addition to the basic education requirements, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DP-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following:

1. 1) Integrated Electronic Attack (EA) capabilities for NAVAIR platforms, leveraging expertise in high-power RF, airborne antennas, radar, and jamming systems;
2. 2) Applied proficiency in software-defined radios (SDR) to analyze operational requirements and advance electronic warfare capabilities;
3. 3) Led collaborative research for the Joint Tasking Research Group, partnering with external branches and academia on quantum information processing.
