We are seeking an Electronics Engineer to support our work with the U.S. Army Research Laboratory (ARL) in Adelphi, MD. The Electronics Engineer will design, develop, and test RF and/or microwave systems architecture, components, and products. You will apply engineering theories and research techniques in the investigation and solution of highly complex and advanced technical problems on the forefront of new and existing Electronic Warfare (EW) technologies and Software Defined Radio (SDR) sensor systems. You will plan, conduct, and direct projects and coordinate the efforts of technical support staff in the performance of radar, communication systems, and phased array system designs. The RF Engineer works directly with senior technical personnel, program managers, and external organizations in the planning, oversight, execution, and evaluation of multiple complex RF systems.
Our team includes experts in Integrated Circuits (ICs), RF engineering, and EW systems, with direct support from HII engineers and industry recognized subject matter experts. Our team members are expected to have a basic understanding of RF and SDRs and be able to collaborate with various engineering and non-technical staff.
